VIVRE Invest, LLC. is seeking a Tile and Marble Setting Project Manager at various unanticipated worksites limited to Manatee County within normal commuting distance from company headquarters on Anna Maria Island, FL.

Job duties include:
– Coordinate installation and service schedules with vendors, installers and superintendent.
– Manage correspondence with the architect, engineer, company management and clients in regards to tile and marble work.
– Supervise, train and schedule tile and marble setters on high end tile and marble work.
– Conduct quality control of performed work and material.
– Develop and maintain budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
– Assure proper permit issuance.
